June 2025 Update

Hey Reader

Welcome to your monthly update about all things Wuhcag and web accessibility.

Wuhpdate (Wuhcag Update)

As I mentioned last month, I have been working on updating my evergreen newsletter that covers each guideline in turn. That is now done and, if you are part way through that sequence, you'll now see the full suite matching my book and email course in design quality.

In doing that work, I've found four updates to make to the book:

  • 2.4.11, 2.4.12 and 2.4.13 have all had significant changes since publication
  • 3.2.7 has been removed from the W3C recommendation

I'll be addressing those next month and sending updated copies of my book to all buyers as well as updating my WCAG 2.2 email course.

Around the World Wide Web

The main event this month is the deadline for many businesses to meet the European Accessibility Act - this was well covered in a Forbes article.

Here are some other highlights:

I hope you've enjoyed this update. Let me know what else you'd like to see from Wuhcag!
